A complete exterior renovation intended to modernize a longstanding Covington hotel. An existing restrictive porte cochere was removed and replaced with a large more accessible covered entry. The building now features a contemporary façade, and all exterior finishes were redone for a more modern appearance. The pool enclosure and pool house were updated with accent lighting and a new outdoor shower.
