A major renovation of the 100,000 square foot main classroom building constructed in the 1970’s.  Renovations include a new sprinkler system, central chiller HVAC system, lighting with controls, flooring, interior painting, ceilings, and fire alarm upgrades. Existing smoke vent skylights were replaced with large light wells that allow natural light into the corridors. Existing chillers on the roof were replaced with high efficiency units located in a ground level enclosure. Construction was executed in multiple phases over a two-year period while maintaining student occupancy.
